These terms to refund is designed to help you understand the procedure, rules, and limitations of refunding to assist you in changing your mind while using the products and services offered by SilkSoft. Unless otherwise indicated below, these terms are applied to any type of financial transaction done in this website, as well as using any other third party payment processing system to transfer money to SilkSoft.
For purposes of this Agreement, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Company. “You” refers to you, as a user of the website.
You can withdrawn all of the money, without any restriction, from SilkSoft Wallet. Any payment method can be used to transfer money back into your bank account. However, it takes three to seven working days to transfer depending upon the payment method chosen to transfer money. You can mention your Bank Account while requesting that refund. We will not save your bank account for security purposes.
You can cancel all of the products and services, those you have purchased from us any time. However, refund of money depends upon the time of cancellation of those products and services. As no money is charged on purchasing and download any software or tools, so before generating license key, your money is still in your SilkSoft Wallet and available for 100% refund.
You can claim 40% refund after generating license key, if your cancellation request is applied within 7 days. If your cancellation request of any product or service is within 15 days of generating license key, then you are eligible only for 20% refund. There will be no refund, in any case, after 15 days of generating license key.
No refund is entertained on the cancellation of products and services related to software scripts or value-added documents for the purpose to improve your business or useful for software development process.
Refund money depends upon the cancellation time during the custom development process, but it must be before beginning of development phase. So all of the refunds related to custom development must be before or during the analysis and design phase. The percentage or amount of refund will be negotiated and settled between concerning parties after the cancellation request is filled. If any third party is involved in the development process, then part of the refund depends upon the settlements with that third party.
Refund money from any source is added in your SilkSoft Wallet and treated as normal balance in it. It can by used to purchase or develop any other software or tool available in our catalog, otherwise, you can request for withdrawal from SilkSoft Wallet any time.
All of the charges such as financial charges, service charges, or transaction fee are adjusted before initiating the refund money into your account. The rate of these charges depends upon the Charges and Terms published by the relevant banks.
